Janice Biron joined BCI in the summer of 2002. In her role as Office Manager and Executive Assistant, her responsibilities include managing office logistics, directing all communications, accounting and bookkeeping, and supporting the investment team on due diligence research.

Prior to joining BCI Janice worked for Sweet Brook Care Centers in Williamstown. In her role as Supervisor of Bookkeeping at this large and successful health care organization she managed several staff and reported directly to the Controller. In this and other positions, attention to detail, commitment, and organization have marked her career.

Janice graduated cum laude from Salem State College with a BA in Business Administration and a concentration in marketing. She was raised in the Berkshires and now lives in Clarksburg, MA, having returned to the area after her son was born.
