Matthew C. Harris is the co-founder and CEO of Village Ventures, Inc., an operating company which helps build and manage regionally focused, early stage venture capital funds. Prior to Village Ventures, Matt spent three years as the first Managing Director of The Berkshires Capital Investors. He currently serves as a Managing Partner of BCI. From 1995 through 1997, Matt was employed by Bain Capital, a venture capital and leveraged buyout firm. He was employed in the international strategy-consulting firm of Bain & Company in Boston from 1994 through 1995. Matt received his B.A. from Williams College in 1994.
